No I-797 Receipt Yet.

I sent my AOS package which includes I-485, I-130, I-765, I-693 through usps on 11/25/2016 and was delivered on 11/27/2016 to the Lockbox Chicago, till today, I have not received any mail in my box or even text and email message. Meanwhile, I didn't attach form G-1145 for email notification.
What could be the reason of having not receive Receipt Notice of Action since it is upto 2 weeks now. I called USCI few days ago and the officer I spoke with told me that he couldn't pull out my information in their system.
Has anybody experienced this or in thesame line with me now and please, I need suggestions and advice with regards to this.
