09/19/2016 Co-current filing package was sent
09/21/2016 Priority date
10/26/2016 Biometrics done
11/08/2016 RIE response was received by USCIS
11/21/2016 Case is ready to be scheduled
12/05/2016 EAD approved
12/12/2016 I received my EAD
I didn't apply for advanced parol because I didn't think I would leave US before my green card arrives. However, I am not planning to go to Mexico with my hubby in May 2017. Do I need to apply for advance parol now or would I be getting my Green Card by then? I am a Maryland resident
