I am on F1 visa, and it doesn't expire until 2019. I got married to a US citizen and have filed I485 and I130.
I am wondering if Advance Parole is for emergencies only (as the instructions state) or can I apply for AP to travel to my home country? I would like to travel to Canada (where my parents are) and China (where my grandparents are), so which country should I put on I131?
What evidence shall I provide? (There is no emergency, but I'd really like to visit them.)
