Hi,
I am planning to go for visa stamping to Canada in the last week of December, if possible. I would appreciate if someone can help me with couple of things.
1. I have entered Toronto as consulate in DS160, can I change that during scheduling appointment as Ottawa is available earlier? (I have not scheduled any appointment yet)
2. What will be the best time in the day to grab cancelled dates of December? OR anyone with scheduled date in December is going to cancel their appointment?
