Travel document for Green Card holder
I applied for Travel document on 9/3 and was received on 9/16. I had fingerprint done on 10/12, but since then I have heard from them yet. 3 months just ended yesterday. I called the customer service and the representative told me to contact them on Monday if I don't see any changes on my case status. Then I went to our local office to talk to an officer, but she told me they can help me with anything and said to contact the Nebraska service center since they are the ones that have my case.
I am so worried , my trip is on 12/21. I think I won't make it and I will have to change it.
