Hi, Can anyone who applied for the status change in Florida share your time table ? I and my wife filed the I-485, I-131. I-130 and I-765. I am married to a US Citizen
The steps that we went through thus far were these:
1 -USCIS received the paperwork on Nov 23rd/ 2016
2- Received SMS and Emails on Dec 9th/2016 for the electronic receipts
3- Got the paper receipt for all application on Dec 17th/ 20166
There is not much of next steps on the receipts other than that I have to wait for the notice for Biometrics. (a) Any ideas as to when the Biometrics are requested ? The concern I have is for the I-765. (b) When would be realistic in your experience to get the work authorization card based in your experience? We live in West Palm Beach and we are guessing that our field office is the Royal Palm but we are not sure.
