Adjustment of Status - I-485

Guys I was asked for me and my moms birth certificate and some other medical history of vaccines and such, and they also said we could take a DNA test but not required, but we did it anyways. I was wondering if anyone knows what happens next in the process, was wondering if anyone had a similar experience because we've been waiting for close to 5 years. And I never used my middle name because I didn't want to keep it but I guess they want me to keep it. So I think every time they want me to write my name out they probably want me to keep my middle name on there too. But if someone can share a similar experience or give me advice I would greatly appreciate it.
