New Card Is Being Produced 4 months after interview
Hey guys needless to say this forum was helpful through this rough process..
, 4 months and two weeks ago me and my wife had our initial interview...which went very well.. during the interview no stoke questions was triggered and it was very basic conversation(the io was looking at the wall clock all the time, he didnt take pictures nor stump or coping any document.
just told us everything looks fine expect were missing Medical Exam( mistake that cost us 4 months of waiting)
he told us that as soon as we gonna send it they get make a decision....haha, anyway, the day after the interview our i-130 was approved , and i sent the medical two weeks after, gonna put timeline down the thread.
since we send the document for 4 months there was no LUD nor soft LUD, no we review your request or anything, status remain as the previews interview..
so we made a bunch! of Service requests and lawyers.. i was about to get infopass next 10 days from now...
as the night less was hitting on me i was picturing what my happen and i realized i was just not current for adjudication.. even though my PD was wayy current... the io just put the case on hold...
we was thinking about 2 interview or they just lost the case but today the wait is finally over!!
this is our timeline and for those how still wait..i would run this process 5 times more for stay with my wife and our future kids... everything pays off in the end and it is all worth it...New Card Is Being Produced mean approved right? thanks in advance.

same day rfe was handed....
08/23/16 we sent the documents through usps
08/25/16: tracking number say it was received by the office
09/29/16 : was first inquiry since them we made tons of them..
