Interview date 11/22/16
I posted my interview experience on 11/22/16 my interview date. We were not approved on the spot. Our online status hasn't changed since the interview and we haven't received anything in the mail regarding our interview status since 11/22.
I called USCIS today(12/20/16) to inquire about our interview status and they told me that my case is outside the normal processing time of 4 months.
The rep who assisted me gave me reference number for a case he created inquiring on why it's taking so long for a decision on my case. He also told me i will receive a letting within 30 days with information regarding my case.
Has anyone experience the above . Its almost a month since my interview . The interview itself went well other than the fact that we had a grumpy IO.
