Need help!
i have applied for Adjustment of Status (AOS) based on approved asylum more than a year ago. i have applied i 485 and i 131 together. i have received the notification that its been received on october 4 and the online status says CASE WAS RECEIVED. i got the Biometrics scheduled on November 22 through mail but online status still says CASE WAS RECEIVED. As per what i know i should receive my approved i 131 within 90 days which will be January 4 in my case. but until today (83 days)the case status still says CASE was received.
summary:
i485/131-received on oct 4 -- online status CASE WAS RECEIVED
Biometrics done on Nov 22 -- online status CASE WAS RECEIVED
so i have two questions:
1) what is the chance i will get my i 131 by jan 4?
2) will i get any kind of notification saying its approved or need evidence or i will get my i 131 through mail without any notification?
