Obtaining Immigration VISA for Parents living in India
Immigration VISA approved, below is what is required
1. Apply i130
after 3/4 months you will receive a notification with further steps asking for an agent (you can become an agent) and to civil and submit supporting documents for review
2) Submit DS-260 form (Very important form, which is needed through out visa processing. Below are the forms your parents and the petitioner need to provide to NVC.
Documents required for the interview from parents
1 Appointment Letter -Original interview appointment letter (Will be mailed to parent's house by NVC)
2 Passport Passport (Current and expired passports)
3 Passport photocopy of first and last pages (Biographic pages, pages with your biodata and photo)
4 Original Marriage Cerificate or Original Affidavit of Support Original and photocopy of Marriage Certificate or Affidavit of Support in case original marriage certificate cannot be produced)
5 Photos- Two (2) color photographs sized 5 cm x 5 cm (2 inch x 2 inch)
7 Original birth certificate or In case of absence of original birth certificate, Affidavit of Birth or Non- Availability of Birth certificate can be submitted and photocopies
8 Medical examination- Medical examination results in a sealed envelope
9 Police Certificate-A police certificate obtained less than one year ago

10 I-864 Affidavit of Support (Petitioner's)-The appropriate Form I-864 Affidavit of Support for each financial sponsor
11 Photocopy ofthe sponsor’s IRS transcript (Petitioner's)-A Photocopy of the sponsor’s IRS transcript or most recent U.S. federal income tax return
12 Passport copy and Naturalization copy (Petitioner's)-Proof of U.S. petitioner’s status and domicile in the U.S. (photocopy of a U.S. passport,naturalization certificate)
13 Relationship proof (Petitioner's)- Certified copy of Birth certificate- Evidence of the relationship between the petitioner and visa applicant (such as photographs)
