Hello everyone..
Happy new year to all of you.!!
This is my Timeline
Submitted my AOS, EAD on Nov 5th
Case accepted on the 22nd
Fingerprint appointment on the 5th
Before the appointment on Dec. 2nd 2016 i got an update on the website asking for an RFE..
They send it because my husband did not reach the Poverty Level for 2015 (we already know he was low that year) but now he got a new job this 2016 where he increased his income over the Poverty Level... In the RFE received they asked for a lot of information included Letter of his work, bank statements, Recent Tax Year, etc.. But everything related to his income, we decided to wait a little for him to fill the New taxes where he reaches the Poverty level... What should we do.. Just sent the new taxes without all the requirements such the work letter, bank statements, proof of income, Since all that information should be reflected on the Tax Return?
I assist to the fingerprint appointment but since i receive that RFE they stop my EAD =( so sad about that..
