We filled I-130, I-485 concurrently (under process) and we provided all the documents and pictures and we live together my wife and I. However, the only thing I would like to know since our apartment lease under my name only and not my wife but she lives with me would that going to effect our case? ????????
The electricity and internet bills under her name only in our apartment.
