Need help for the RFE ASAP

I just received my Yellow slip for the RFE this evening..
I was told the page 4 was not completed with the ssn of my sponsor. I noticed one error when i went back to review the form. from page 3 it updated the person you sponsoring as 1 which is the item number 28 from page3. part 5 sponsorship household size part 5 No:1 of page 4, no:2 Person NOT sponsored in this affidavit Yourself.. 1 making 1+1 eqaul to 2 right. and no: if you are presently married enter 1 for your spouse which is me from page number 3 as applicant and we re-enter 1 for me as the spouse, it now make our household size 3, despite we have about $30,000.00 for tax return in 2015 at first when we filled.. Now they said the Sponsor social security number on page 4 of the petitioner form i864, Affidavit of support (revision date 07/02/2015), was not completed. Petitioner must submit a complete Federal tax return submitted to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for the most recent year. submit all sopporting documents (W2, 1099, fORM 2555, AND ALL SUPPORTING TAX SCHEDULES) For the most recent year. Submit Evidence of assets that meet the standard below or obtain a joitsponsor.
Evidence of assets 12 MONTHS BANK STATEMENTS and current balance. Evidence of ownerships and value of stocks, bonds, and certificates of deposit. Evidence of Equity, of the personal property and date acquired. Iam thinking we should should currect the error about the household size to be 2 instead of 3 that we indicate from first submitted form we gave them. and give same tax return for 2015 which was about $30:000.00 for year 2015 and give the 12 months bank statements with precent balance to them.. My spouse is self employed though, so we cant get any letter of eployer from no where as she is the boss of her little company..
please anyone who has same in the past or have any helpful idea about what is the perfect responds should share with me,, Thanks
