Hi guys, this forum is awesome and it is helping me a lot to achieve my goals on my case. I would like to share my timeline:
I-130 sent 9/5/15
priority date for I-130 9/8/15
I-797 receive date (I-130 approval) 1/15/16
priority date become current on (dates for filing) 9/21/16
I-485, I-765, I-864 sent on 10/1/16
receipt number thru text 10/19/16
receipt letter (I-797C) 10/24/16
fingerprint letter 10/29/16
fingerprint made on 11/7/16
status changed to new card is being produced 12/28/16
EAD card received 1/4/17
I would like to know when they are going to scheduled my interview... I know that for those who are married to a US Citizen is really fast, but in my case I think it is different.
I'm adjusting status from B1/B2 to my wife's GC. My category is F2A (spouses of lawful permanent residents).
