RFE confusion
Hi!!
I have received my RFE this morning. They're telling me my husband doesn't meet the income requirements when he actually does. For the year 2015 he didn't. So we provided 6 months of pay stubs to prove it. I am so confused. Someone please help! He didn't get hired until April 2016 but his annual income is over $25 000 if you take his hourly wage * 40hrs * 52 weeks so that's why I'm confused. Thanks for your help!!! They also needed tax things which I forgot the first time (w2).
