I-130 & I-485 Receipt Notice Status
Dear Friend/s
I send my I-130 & I-485 CONCURRENTLY on 12/21/2016 via fedex , & it was delivered by FedEx next day 12/22/2016.
I only sent I-130 & I-1485 and a Fee of $420 for I-130 & $985 for I-485 but no biometric fees of $85.
I haven't received the Notice of Action I-797 yet.
What i can expect & what going to happen.
Has anyone received their notice of Action who sent their application on or after December 22, 2016.
