Pending Employment-based AOS for 10 months
Dear all,
I submitted both I-140 and I-485 early 2016 and my I-140 was approved on March 25. My priority date was (and is) current. I received my EAD/AP card two months later. I did the biometrics in April, I believe. However, I have not yet heard anything else regarding my application since then. I submitted a service request to USCIS and they responded on December 1, 2016 and indicated that I would hear from them within 60 days. I have not yet, again. My status is still : "Fingerprint was received". The service center is Nebraska. Any similar experience or any idea why it has taken a long time? I am not from China or India. I would appreciate your responses.
