I traveled on AP
Soo! Anyone interested can read my thread where I'm asking everyone I can if its okay to travel on the Advance Parole.
A little history: My PD is 25th April 2016 and my field office is Houston. I'm still waiting on my Interview and I had received by EAD and AP document.
I left for my home country (Lahore, Pakistan) and stayed for 20 days and today I came to Houston IAH. I went to the visitors line and the guy escorted me to the primary office. There were 40 people already waiting in the office and I joined them. There was no order so they chose whoever they wished. 20 people came in after me and left but there were two very rude officers so no one questioned anything. I waited for about 3 hours. Made new friends in the waiting room lol and they finally called out my name. The lady had stamped my passport and AP document and I was ready to leave. I just asked her if I could travel on the same paper again and she said yes so here I am, back home after a 27 hour flight and almost 4 hour wait at the airport. It was totally worth it though! Got to see my family after a whole year and my brother got married while I was there so double yay!

Please note that I applied for my papers before my i94/entry expired and my B1/B2 visa is still valid till 2020 so I did not overstay any kind of visa. Came into the country through proper visa and married a US citizen. I was also never involved in any criminal activity whatsoever. So I am not suggesting anyone who is not in the same situation as me to leave the country but IM SUPER HAPPY THAT I MADE THIS DECISION.
