CKGS NY Sent someone else OCI for my daughter
CKGS NY Sent someone else OCI card for my daughter, I returned that OCI card to them. I registered a case with CKGS customer service. They are still not able to trace my daughter's OCI card.
They arranged a visa for my daughter to travel to India, that too after many phone calls and 3 visits to their NYC office.
it is been 30 days since I registered a complaint, still there is no response.
I don't know to whom I should report this to get my daughter's OCI card.
I sent a tweet to Sushma swaraj, assuming that she would act. but seems they are busy with working on publicity cases than these.
