I am sending my RFE response today. Page 4 of i874 (I had the wrong household size)
2015 tax return packet (w2 and all the schedules and pretty much the whole HR block papers)
And letter of employment and pay stubs (6 months). Income is well over the requirements.
My question is, they want the most recent Tax thing. Is it still 2015 or 2016? I have more time to respond and we have not received W2 for 2016 yet. Should I wait or send my response as is and explain that I didn't want to wait to respond and that's why 2016 tax returns won't the included? The ITS won't start return until the 23rd
