PD:Sep 26, 2017 still no update on EDA!

My PD is Sep 26,2017
Biometric completed on Nov 10th, 2017
There has been no movement since. I am getting nervous as I see some people from Oct already received their EDAs.
My lawyer submitted request on day 90 due to case being out of normal processing time, on Dec 28th I have received a notice in mail stating that my case is currently under review and that I should receive a decision or notice of action shortly.
Two weeks later Today, my lawyer called USCIS to check on the status but they literally said nothing. They will provide us status within 30 days.
I have no idea what is going on at this point.
I thought they they go ba dates, so how come cases from Oct have been already approved?
I am Dallas filler and case is being processed at MSC.
is there anyone experiencing the same delays?
How long have you waited after receiving the notice from them that the case is under review and you should get decision shortly?
