Need help regarding response from USCIS
Hi All,
My congressman put in a request to USCIS to expedite my case on 1/11. USCIS responded back today 1/13 saying "Thank you for your inquiry regarding this constituent’s immigration matter. This case is currently under review by an adjudicator. Your constituent will receive a decision or notice of further action shortly".
Have you guys seen this response before from them? What does it exactly mean and how long does it actually take for them to make a decision? Is it a good response or something to worry about?
