HELP:Did not receive Interview notice from Houston Office
Hello All,
My PD is Jan 14,16 and field office is Houston, however, they have been scheduling interview to people with later PD for Feb,17. My wife called them that our case is outside normal processing times on their site which is Jan 18,16 and they said how case was flagged and that is why we did not receive interview notice.
Is there any one here who has experience such and what did you do in this case and how long do we wait till they complete their investigation to get an interview date?
This is frustrating after all this wait for 12 months
PS: We have contacted Congressman and I'm about to write them a letter to address this case too. I also email the Branch Chief and she said will get back to me ASAP but till now she has not.
