Motion to Reopen - Form I 290B
Guys, I need some advise, please!
My best friend got her I485 denied because she didn't send all the IRS documents from her co-sponsor on RFE. Now the USCIS sent a letter given her 30 days to file a motion to reopen. Someone with this situation? She can't afford a lawyer and I don't know how to help. Looks like simple, fill up the form i290B, attached all documents from Petitioner/Co-sponsor (1040, W2, Pay stubs, Statement). Do she needs write a brief or not?
