Will I have a problem because my spouse (US citizen) has a criminal record (misdemeanor crime only)
plan on getting married and apply for a green card, this is a same-sex marriage. He will have to be my sponsor since he’ll be the spouse but he doesn’t work and therefore no income and he doesn’t meet the poverty line but I do have a source of income in my home country that meets the criteria (i don't have a source of income in the US, only in my home country ). He gets Food Stamp.

I have two questions:
1 - Is there a problem that He has a criminal record (misdemeanor crime only, no felonies) with 2 Warrant in another state?
2 - Can I use my source of income in my home country to help him sponsor me?

Thank you
