Does Field Office matter for EAD/AP approval?
Hi all,
Just wondering that for cases being processed in MSC/NBC, at what point of the process does the Field office matter in the application processing?
Is it NBC who does the approval for EAD/AP, and then the Field office takes over for interview scheduling for the Green card, or once the application is received by NBC, then the entire process is conducted by the Field Office?
Just curious if anybody knows how the process works.
