Hi Everyone,
My husband and i leave around San Francisco bay area and we got married on Nov 8, 2016. We send all the forms he was required to fill out on Nov 15 for his adjustment of status I-485, employment authorizations I-765 and travel documents I-131 to Chicago lockbox.
We got a text and letter that his file was received on Nov 30, 2016. Again we got another letter that they scheduled a fingerprint appointment for him on Dec 22,2016. Since then we have know idea whats going on. He needs to get back to his country asap because of his business and every time i check his file status is saying pending. Does anyone have any idea how long it takes for him to get his green card? Is their any other way to expedite this process?
