We were on day 95 and still waiting for the EAD approval...checking in daily, calling daily, having our lawyer call, and nothing was working. I called my state congressman on 1/17 and on 1/19 my card status was changed to "your card is being produced". Not only that, but they sent a note to the congress person informing me that my husband could work starting immediately even while the card is being printed. My congressman also wrote us a letter saying that my husband is elligible to work in the USA. Hopefully his employer will accept it!
