Interview scheduled!!!!
Good news! Our interview was scheduled when checked case status at about 850 am. Here is a brief timeline:
Local office: Queens NY
PD:March 9
Checks cashed: March 22- had to track it from the bank because it was crickets for weeks! No text alerts
Recieved the notices in the mail about March 27.
Recieved RFE in April and responded ASAP
Early May- notification that they received RFE
May 12 ready tobe scheduled for interview
EAD recieved on 94 day in the mail, raised inquiry at 75 day and there were issues on card production at that time in May so people were getting their EADs late.
Contacted USCIS with SR in Nov, local
Congress help in Dec, Infopass in Manhattan in Jan 5- was told to just wait
Looking at processing times- it is within the normal processing times in relation to being scheduled for interview not necessarily receiving GC.
Thank you for the people who were really encouraging during the times I was losing it and posting my vents.
Will update after Feb 27. Please keep us in your prayers and so Will I for all those waiting and doing interviews.
