USCUS customer service reps are no help
Hey guys,

I am so mad I have to vent and share this experience.
So I posted previously that I wasn't able to see my case status online, over the automated system on the phone or to check the status with a USCIS customer service representative.
I had called last week and requested a call back but nobody returned a call. Called today again and spoke to a customer serv. representative and he stated that he wasn't able to see the information and since I'm getting this error and my application has been pending for 53 days he's gonna escalate the call to a second level customer service agent. So he went ahead and did that.

This woman answered the call and she was like 'what is your name, no information was sent over'.. So I told her. She went ahead and asked for my receipt number. I gave her the i765 receipt number and told her that I have a pending marriage based adjustment of status, hence I submitted 4 forms (i485, i130, i1765, i131) and I'm unable to check the status online or over the phone for either of the forms.

She's gonna tell me that, me not seeing anything online means that the service center hasn't placed the application online (understandable).. she went on to say, because of such a short period (90 days for the i765) they probably wont ever place it online. So I was like, are you sure about this because that doesn't make any sense seeing that the system is there to check the status of applications & I'm pretty sure the time frame doesn't impact the ability to view the case online or even over the phone.

So she was like 'maam how am I going to help you'.. So I was like, can I speak to somebody else please because you're being very rude unnecessarily and you're not trying to assist me and you're not making sense. I was like, so you're telling me that if my i485 take a year to be processed I wont be able to see any information online? Then she was like did you give me an i485 receipt number and I was like excuse me? She was like how was I gonna assume that you submitted that form, (mind you, I stated that in the initial stage of the phone call to both representatives), so anyway, I was like, I'm not gonna go back and fourth with you about this, I don't have the time or patience, may I speak to your supervisor please and then she disconnected the call. I am so upset like how can you be telling me utter rubbish and then disconnect the call on a customer?

I even called back and tried to file a complaint, they transferred me over once again and told me to request to speak to a supervisor, but this time its 100+ minutes wait to speak to an agent.
