Ok guys, time to share my experience so far:
PD: Oct 1st 2016
Notice for bio: Oct 28
Biometric done: Nov 10
RFE: Dec 13
RFE response was sent back to them Dec 20
RFE is received DEC 22
EAD got approved: Jan 13
I received the EAD and Parole : Jan 21st 2017
The RFE was asking for documents showing I've been in the states legally. we sent them H1B, OPT and F1.
I noticed for most of the people after the RFE was received the got the ready to schedule after 10 days, but it's still the same for me after 32 days.
Any one has the same situation as me?
