Case stuck in name check...
Hello -
How many of you guys share the same situation as mine.
I started my marriage based greencard journey since March 2016. Timeline as below
PD: 3/16
EAD/AP: 5/11
Interview: 9/13
Interview went fine, however the officer indicated he can NOT approve my case due to background check not clear.
My I-485 status changed to - Interview was completed and my case must be reviewed. Since then I haven't heard back anything
My I-130 still shows case was received.
My husband and I did two infopass so far, same answer. we were lucky to meet our interview officer again at one of the infopass, he told us it's waiting game now...
We are about hire a new attorney in regards to this matter? Anyone is in the same situation? How did you get your status cleared, please kindly share with me.
