Interview Schedule - Dallas, TX office
Good morning,
This morning around 12:12am received a text message that my case was updated and when I went to check it says "On January 23 2017, we scheduled you for your interview... Your interview is on February 24, 2017..."
I'm a bit surprised but happy and thankful because my PD date doesn't pair with the USCIS timeline.
My PD is June 21, 2016 and according to the USCIS timetable for Dallas, they are currently working on March 2016 cases. Now here my questions:
Do you think I was schedule on February 24 so that I can go in before my two years marriage anniversary (March 6, 2015) so that way they can only issue a conditional GC? What if I don't get approved on the spot and get approved after March 6 2017, will they still issue a two years Conditional GC or a 10 years?
My wife, the US citizen cannot be added to our lease do to a broken lease she had in the past, is that a break or make deal with the IO if not how can I get passed that?
What document do I need to prepare? I have joint bank statement (checking and savings), car insurance with both our names, my 457 showing her as a beneficiary, life insurance showing each other as beneficiaries, sam's club membership, photos of course, letters (mail) showing her name and address of where we live even tho she can't be added to the lease.
