Second SR today!
today i did a second SR for my EAD since i havent gotten any response for the first SR that i put in on 01/18/17...the customer service rep. advised me to put in a second request since my case is pass the 90 days period...today is 99 days and still didnt get any response or update! no word on AP as well! its so frustrating to see others with later PD who is getting approved and im here getting nothing...i had no RFE so dont know why they are taking so long with my case. please, ur advise and help please!
