Traveling with Advance Parole (DACA) after January 20, 2017
Hello everyone! My husband received his approved Advance Parole on Monday. We used to be excited and anxious to receive it, but now that Trump is president and with all the executive orders he has been signing, the thought of traveling is EXTREMELY scary. Our attorney advised my husband to wait and NOT travel right now. I have asked different attorneys for their opinion and some say to go ahead and go and some say not to move at the moment which is no help to us in making a decision. I wanted to see if there was anyone who had been out of the country with Advance Parole after January 20, 2017 through air (since that's what he would be doing if he does go). My husband was wanting to do a quick trip over the weekend, but scared for something to happen while being out of the country and not being allowed to return :( Please, if anyone can share their experience with us we would really appreciate it. Much love and blessings to all!
