Interview without decision
My wife is US citizen and I'm from east Europe. Our interview was 1/23/17 in San Diego, CA
We arrived 40 min before our appointment . The waiting room wasn't packed, just 4-5 more couples.
After 20 minutes of waiting we were invited by the IO. The whole interview was around 25 minutes. He was asking simple questions about our life and how we met, nothing unusual. At the end he said that he will review our case and let us know about his decision in the same day but nobody responded us in the next week. So, yesterday we've received mail with RFE letter witch says that we need to provide more evidences that our marriage is bona fide. I was shocked because I've provide whole bunch of paperwork including full photo album , insurances, club cards, bank account, witnesses affidavits, hotel receipts, rental agreement, bills and more. I literally don't have anything more. People say that we need to find a lawyer to help us out.
We're really frustrated and don't know what to do.
Is there anybody had similar situation like that?
We're looking forward for your advice.
