AOS through marriage
Hi! I'm married to a US citizen and we are going to start the process of AOS ourselves, we talked to some lawyers asking about fees and they all charge around 3000$ plus the USCIS fees and it's too much for us right now. So I just wanted to ask if somebody can help me by telling me if this are the documents that I need to file:
- I-130 form:
- G325A (for me)
- G325A (husband)
- G-1145
- I-485 form:
- G-1145
- I-693 form:
- I-864 form:
As far as I know I think these are the forms I need to fill, but I'll be thankful if someone can tell me if this is right or if I need to add some other forms, I also would like to know if I can send form I-130 and I-485 at the same time or I do I need to send I-130 first, wait for it to be accepted and then submit I-485?
