Adjustment of Status - I-485

I did my interview on January 23rd 2017 and it went great.The IO just asked few questions and it lasted about 10 minute for the interview,i was also given a paper that says i was approved and i will be receiving a two year conditional green but i have to bring in another medicals so he can finalize my case.After the interview i checked online and my I-130 was approved and i received a letter in the mail but I-485 wasn't approved.He also gave me an envelope and the medical form so that when i do the medicals again i can just mail it to him but i don't want to mail it because i want the process fast so whats the procedure if i wanted to take the medical in and who will i talk to or what do i have to do to take the medicals in ????
