Adjustment of Status - I-485

I applied for adjustment of status with PD in Sep 2016. My AOS is based on marriage to a US citizen, and i am waiting in line for my interview invitation. Recently, i was going through my form I-130 and i realized that in question number 22 where it asks and i am paraphrasing, "if your spouse is residing in the US, what USCIS office and state will he or she apply for adjustment of status"

When we filled this form we took it as the lock box where you will be filing your initial application (Chicago in our case) and not the USCIS local office closest to your residence. I live in Tenessee. So instead of writing Memphis TN which is the local office i expect to have my interview, i wrote Chicago IL (which is the lockbox we sent our initial application). I am now concerned that maybe i was wrong and that my file may now have been taken to a Chicago local office to wait in line for interview which is outside my state of residence, instead of Memphis. My questions are:

First, what is the right state and city to be written for that question? is it the city and state of the local office where you want to go for interview (Memphis TN in my case) or is it the lockbox city and state where you mailed the initial application (Chicago in mine)?

Secondly, what address does USCIS consider in determining where to send your case to for interview? Is it the address in question 22 of the form i-130, or is it the address you wrote in your form i-485?
