Adjusting from B1/B2
Hi all,

I'm married to a USC with an 8 month old baby (USC too) and came to the US on a B1/B2.
By the time we filed for I-485, I-130, and I-765 I had overstayed by 6 months.
PD 12/06/2016
Biometrics 01/07/2017
Currently been waiting for 59 days.
Questions:
1. Will the overstay of 6 months be an issue?
2. We sent all the docs to Chicago Lock Box, biometrics done at ASC in Birmingham, Alabama - but we have not been assigned a field office. Our receipt number is an MSC number assigned to National Benefits Center. Will we be assigned to another field office?

Thank you in advance.
