This forum is great. Need advise. Will really appreciate it.
My marriage based AOS interview happened last week. Have been married to a USC. The IO was nice and friendly but interviewed us at length. In the end she said everything looked nice and she is going to approve it right away.she gave me the approval letter and described about the 2 year conditional GC thing. Later the evening my I 130 status changed to " my case has been approved" but i485 status doesnt show anything.
Do you think the decision is yet to be made and everything is ok despite the IO approving the application on the spot and giving us the approval letter for GC.
Any advise from their experience will be really helpful.
