H1 Visa Experience in Canada/Mexico
Hi All,

I am working for a small consulting firm(total size: <20 employees) and working at YYYY client location through a prime vendor. My total stays in US is close to 10 years.

I was wondering if I can go for H1 Visa stamping sometime next month. So I wanted to get to know the current situation at Ottawa, Canada. Since my previous Visa stamping was done at the same consulate without any issues.

I request everybody to post their visa interview experiences(even if you attend at some other US Consulate either in Canada/Mexico). Please let me know your recent experiences, even if you guys get any 221g or Admin processing or asked to wait for employment verification/background verification or asked to go back to India etc….
I will also post my experience once I go there for Visa stamping.

Since the current situation is very much uncertain and completely clueless; most of the people are posting their questions/doubts reg. their visa interview, but nobody is interested/willing to share their experiences. Looks like so many people postponed their visa appointments in the last couple of days.

Please let me know your experiences/feedback(i.e. how many guys are attending there, VO interview questions, any other incidents etc..), so that it would be very much helpful for others.

Also let me know, how long we need to stay there(max. time period) in case of 221g or admin processing. So that we could go with advanced preparation for the worst case scenarios.

Thanks,
Narasimha
