time needed to receive back my package from USCIS
Hello folks,
my attorney has messed up and has sent the wrong fee to the USCIS with my application for I-485 and advance parole (I know, I know - who does that, right? :)).
USCIS will now return my package and we have to file again with the correct fee amount.
Does anyone know or has experience with such case?
How long should I wait until I see my package back from USCIS. It has been 2 weeks already since the submittal.
