PD-10/25/16 (I130, I485, I1765, I131)
11/07/16- text and E-notification received, checks cashed (day15)
11/12/16 - I797C NOA received in mailbox
11/20/16- Biometric appointment in mail box
11/29/16- Bio done! (day 36)
12/09/16- I485 case ready to be scheduled for an interview (day 46)
01/18/17- called USCIS to raise SR for EAD and AP (day86)
01/30/17- called USCIS and did a second SR again!
02/01/17-recieved response for 2nd SR in email -CASE IS CURRENTLY UNDER REVIEW AND WILL RECEIVE A DECISION SHORTLY (day100)
02/06/17- I called USCIS and spoke to a level 2 officer about my EAD/AP and was told that its take between 90-120 days to get an update/approval, and since its just 105 days today , i should give it another 15 days and i will get that update from them. (day105)
02/06/17- called senators office and fax a consent form for them to look into my case with USCIS.
ANYONE with PD around 10/25/16 and didnt recieve their EAD/AP as yet????
