Did I need to also apply for i130?
So I've been on this forum for about a month have read and replied to a few on here. Trust me when I tell you that I read every single thing on here every day as soon as I wake up till I go back to bed. Any who I hope somebody can guide me through my case a little. Here's my time line
Field office is houston tx
Dec 3 sent in papers. I485 (married to a usc)
Dec 5 my PD
Jan 12 was my Biometrics
Jan 20 case is ready to be scheduled for interview
am a DACA beneficiary my permit was still in process when I applied for i485
In December I recieved my permit.
My question here is i see people applying for i485 and i130 which I did not apply for do you guys think theirs a reason why the guy who did my paper work did not file for i130? Will this cause any problems to my case? I just need answers because I don't want this to be a delay on my case
