EAD Exceeded Normal Processing Time
I am adjusting status due to marriage to a US Citizen. Today is 90th day from the date my Application was received at USCIS (which is also my Priority Date), and I am yet to receive my EAD.

Here is my timeline:

Day 00: Nov 11, 2016 -- Attorney mailed out my complete application (I-485, I-130, I-131 and I-765).
Day 01: Nov 14, 2016 -- Received Date at USCIS (also my Priority date for I-485 and I-130).
Day 16: Nov 29, 2016 -- Notice date for I-485, I-130, I-131 and I-765 (Mail received 12/01/2016).
Day 26: Dec 09, 2016 -- Notice date to capture Biometrics (Mail received 12/12/2016).
Day 47: Dec 30, 2016 -- Biometrics taken at the Houston Application Support Center.
Day 78: Jan 30, 2017 -- Raised Service Request (for "Approaching Regulatory Time Frame').
Day 85: Feb 06, 2017 -- Received USCIS response that Case is "within current processing time".
Day 89: Feb 10, 2017 -- Reached out to Congressman to expedite Case with USCIS.

WAITING... WAITING...

A bit more information -- My Case is currently being processed by the National Benefits Center (NBC) in Lee's Summit, Missouri. All Application/Petition numbers begin with "MSC179026 YYYY ". Here is the current status of my Cases online as of 2/11/2017.

I-485: "Finger Fee Was Received" (Change date: Dec 05, 2016)
I-765: "Case Was Received" (Change date: Dec 05, 2016)
I-130: "Case Was Received" (Change date: Dec 05, 2016)
I-131: "Case Was Received" (Change date: Dec 05, 2016)

Out of curiosity, I have actually been also checking the status of many Case Numbers close to mine, MSC179026 YYYY , and all appears to be similar -- Priority dates of Nov 14, 2016, with I-765 status of "Case Was Received" , although there are a few of them with a "Card Being Processed" or "Card Mail" status.

I hope this information helps someone with similar timeframes. I will update this thread if anything changes. Please share you thoughts.

I've lost over 5 Job offers already because of this EAD delay. I have 2 others willing to wait at this point. I hope they are patient enough till I receive my Card because I'm beginning to run out of excuses. Wish you all good luck :)
