Advice on I693 medicals - Houston

Filed Office - Houston
Medicals done in Feb 2016.
Is it advisable to redo the medicals now or wait till I receive interview letter. My spouse wants me to redo it now.
My concern is that the current I693 form expires by March 31 and Houston Field office is unpredictable. Interview notice might take another 1 or 2 months or less than that.
Pls advice.
