Hi all,
Please need some advise just got married on a B1 visa last weekend to USC will be out of status in a months time,when can we file for AOS considering whats happening do you think will be safe if i go out of status?and another thing is my wife is in another town at the moment she is only finishing her project after two months thats when we will live together is it advisable to use different addresses when filing in?thanks responses will be greatly appreciated.
