To those who recently got their EAD and SSN
I just have a question to those who just got their EAD and SSN recently. When we apply fora job it's most likely that a background check will be done. How do you go about it or what are your experiences when they cannot verify your identity through the background check since technically we won't have a record anywhere ( address, employment , credit history etc...)just yet? I'm asking because the third party hired by the company I'm applying for to do the check emailed me asking for more information. I'm guessing they cannot verify my name with my present address.
